◆ WARRANTY
This product comes along with a 1-year manufacture warranty except for the heating element. For the heating element, we provide a 3-month warranty. Please make sure to put enough water under the GN pans and check the water level regularly. Also, the water needs to be drained out every day.

Deliveries to the first door on ground floor with flat access (no stairs/steps/slopes) during business hours ONLY. However, for interstate large or heavy freights, goods will be delivered on curbside ONLY.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. Our transport company endeavors to take every care to ensure the safety of the goods. However, damages/injuries occur inside customer’s premise are customer’s liability. Unpacking, installation and positioning of the goods are excluded. Pallet removal fees may apply for local deliveries.
Notes: For fridges or freezers pickups, upright transport only. Please don’t lie them down during transportation or movement. Otherwise, the warranty will be voided.
