Deliveries to the first door on ground floor with flat access (no stairs/steps/slopes) during business hours ONLY. However, for interstate large or heavy freights, goods will be delivered on curbside ONLY.

However, damages/injuries occur inside customer’s premise are customer’s liability. Unpacking, installation and positioning of the goods are excluded.
