1. We accept below payment options
1.1 Bank transfer – Please allow overnight for funds to clear. Please refer to the EFT bank details in your invoice.
1.2 EFTPOS or CASH payment onsite paid prior to delivery or pickup.
1.3 Bank Cheque or Private Cheque (Please allow 3 working days for a private cheque to clear before pick-up or delivery)
1.4 Credit Card Payment. For Credit Card Payments, all details including account name, expiry dates and CCV numbers must be submitted in order to prevent any fraudulent credit card transactions. 1.5% Surcharge will be applied for and Payments. However, in order to encourage customers to place orders online, the surcharge is currently waived for all online orders.
1.5 – We accept zip payments and the maximum value is $5000. You can get a 6-month interest-free time to pay off your order, but 6% surcharge will be applied. In addition, Zip Money accounts may incur a one-off establishment fee for certain credit limits. Online zip payment is not available at this moment. Please contact us to proceed with your payment if you choose to use zip pay.
1.6 We also accept for online payments now. For the interest-free Pay-In-4 payment, your order value has to be under $2000.

2. Deposit Payment
In the case that Caterwokrs is to purchase Goods from a third party supplier on behalf of You, you agree to :
2.1 Pay to Caterworks 50% deposit for such goods and Caterworks shall not be obliged to order such goods until the goods deposit has been paid by you to Caterworks;
2.2 Pay to Caterworks the remaining 50% of the price of such goods upon being notified by Caterworks that such goods are ready for delivery or collection;
2.3 You agree that the Goods will not be refundable in any circumstances;
2.4 Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices quoted by Caterworks are exclusive of goods and service tax (GST).
3. Invoicing and Payment
3.1 Caterworks may in its absolute discretion issue a tax invoice to You at any time for Goods or Services supplied, or for a Goods Deposit.
3.2 You agree to pay any tax invoice issued by Caterworks within seven days from the date of the tax invoice is issued
3.3 If any amount owing by You to Caterworks is not paid within the payment terms specified in clause 3.2, then:
Caterworks may, at its sole discretion, suspend the supply of any Goods or Services without notice.
4. Cancellation of Orders
4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Caterworks, you may not cancel a quote or an order which has been accepted by You or the order has been accepted by Caterworks;
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Caterworks, any deposit made by You will be forfeited to Caterworks.
4.3 If you want to cancel an online order, for VISA and MasterCard payments, 2% of the order value will be deducted and for PayPal payments, 3% of the order value will be deducted to cover our costs paid to the Payment Gateways. Also, for some orders involving backorders, if you want to cancel it after we placed the backorder, there will be 30% restocking fee applied to your orders.
