This product comes along with a 1-year manufacture warranty except for the heating element. For the heating element, it is on a 3-month warranty in the condition of proper use. Please make sure to put enough water under the GN pans and check the water level regularly.
Note: Please be aware this product needs to be filled water under the GN containers, and the heating element should be inside the water. Please make sure you filled enough water before using it and check the water level regularly. Otherwise, the warranty will be voided.

Deliveries to the first door on ground floor with flat access (no stairs/steps/slopes) during business hours ONLY. However, for interstate large or heavy freights, goods will be delivered on curbside ONLY.
